By now your trail shoes should be absolutely caked with mud and your nice stripy FRC socks looking a bit off-white after 5 XC races of the winter season... (That's for those that are truly committed to this barbaric sport)
And now the good part... The ladies will run a nice 8km race and the men a brutally tasty 15km!!!
Come early (45 mins before) to get your race number, worry about spikes length, course recce, team warm up before the all-important team photo 10 minutes before the start.
