Pricing plans

We offer two tiers of membership at Fulham Running Club - 1st and 2nd claim. While FRC is free to join, our EA Members benefits from a range of add-ons including discounts, coaching and much more.

EA Membership runs from 1 April to 31 March each year. During March, we will notify existing EA Members to sign-up for the following year.

  • First Claim EA Member 2024-04/2025

    +£1 Transaction costs charged by platform
    For those FRC members looking to benefit from training, join XC and access a range of discounts!
     
    • Access to free races across the year inc. Boaty McBoatrace
    • Free entry into the Surrey League XC races
    • Reduced entries including the Wimbledon Trail Series & SS5
    • Eligibility to enter Southern, LDN & National Championships
    • Discounted deals from both England Athletics & FRC partners
    • Access to coaching sessions (10km, marathons & more!)
    • A chance to enter draws for club marathon places
    • Access to an EA Members Facebook group
    • Potential grants to develop your athletic career
    • Access to additional exclusive club activities and events

  • Second Claim EA Member 2024-04/2025

    Those that are members of another club, but also (not-so-secretly) really want to join FRC

    • Free entry into the Surrey League XC races
    • Reduced entries including the Wimbledon Trail Series & SS5
    • Discounted deals from both England Athletics & FRC partners
    • Access to FRC coaching (subject to availability of places)
    • Access to an EA Members Facebook group
    • Access to additional exclusive club activities and events
    • Monthly email including latest discount codes
    • Priority access to events (i.e. Xmas party)
    • A genuine sense of community pride (free for all members)

The boring bit...

  1. EA Fee - all active athletes have to pay a £19 registration fee in 2024 to England Athletics (EA) to compete. It is our responsibility to collect it for EA on your behalf together with your subs.

  2. Being a registered runner with EA gives you discount to certain races.

  3. The EA (and Fulham Running Club) year runs from 1st April to 31st March the following year.

  4. Fulham Running Club will pay the EA fee and this will ensure runners are registered with EA until 31 March 2025.

  5. If you are a member of an existing running club in the UK and would like to be a 1st claim member of Fulham Running Club, then a transfer request needs to take place. You can either do this by contacting your current club, or Fulham Running Club can contact EA on your behalf.

  6. GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation
    This came fully into effect 25th May 2018 and when you become a member of, or renew your Fulham Running Club membership, this indicates that you are agreeing for Fulham Running Club & EA to keep general data on the membership form in electronic form. This data is intended not to be used by the club for anything outside of athletics or gainful purpose beyond club athletics operations and needs. You will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics and we will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings).
