Below we outline the different session planned at each of our locations, so you have idea of what to expect for the upcoming month.
Track Session - August 2025

These sessions will focus less on speed and more on tempo, perfect for anyone training for autumn halfs/marathon.

1 x 1200m @ 10k/HM pace w/ 2 mins active recovery;

3 x 600m @ 5k pace w/ 200m jog recoveries;

4 x 400m @ 3k pace w/ 60 second active recoveries;

4 x 200m @ 3k pace w/ 200m jog recoveries.

Options to reduce the number of 400s and/or 200s. 5.4k for full set.
