Below we outline the different session planned at each of our locations, so you have idea of what to expect for the upcoming month.
Track Session - September 2025

These sessions will focus less on speed and more on tempo, perfect for anyone training for autumn halfs/marathon.

4 - 6 x 1600m @ HM pace but with a surge (pick up the pace) for the last 2/300m;
